The above rates are per room per night and include: tourist tax, insurance, VAT and WiFi. A baby cot is available in all rooms and suites, but is limited in number and upon prior request.
The hotel’s outdoor parking spaces are available to all guests and are free of charge. Advance reservations for parking spaces are not accepted. The company is not responsible for missing and damaged items and movable property!
* A child under 6 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
* For a child over 6 years of age and an adult are charged 15 BGN per night for extra bed.
* Check in – after 14.00 or before if possible.
* Check out – rooms , apartments and parking are vacated by 12.00.
* Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel.
* Pets are not accepted
* Upon confirmation of your reservation by the hotel, an advance payment of 30% of the total amount is required.
* The balance of the reservation can be paid again by bank transfer before the check-in date or on the spot.
* In case of cancellation up to fourteen days prior to the check-in date – no penalty is due. The amount advanced shall be refunded.
* In case of cancellation between the fourteenth day and the check-in date – the penalty is 30% of the reservation.
